1. The Agreement
Look, by purchasing a web development package from SITECRAFT WP LLC, you are officially agreeing to these rules. We keep things transparent. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and us (the developers) from checkout to final handoff.
2. Client Responsibilities & Copyrights
We build the code, but you provide the fuel. You are required to submit your own text, logos, and imagery. The reality is, you must own the rights to the materials you send us. If you supply copyrighted images or stolen text, you are solely responsible for any legal fallout. We do not assume liability for the assets you force us to publish.
3. Revisions vs. Rebuilds
Here's the deal: depending on your purchased tier, you receive a guaranteed number of revision rounds. A revision means adjusting colors, fixing typography, swapping images, or tweaking a layout section. It does not mean throwing away the entire project and demanding a completely new website from scratch because you changed your mind about your brand identity.
4. Third-Party Tools & Ongoing Costs
We put to work premium WordPress tools and plugins to engineer your site. Once we hand over the keys and you accept the final build, you own the digital asset. What this actually means for you is that you are responsible for any future costs. We do not pay for your ongoing domain renewals, hosting bills, or premium plugin license renewals after the project is fulfilled.
5. Limitation of Liability
We engineer fast, highly secure websites. But we do not control the internet. If your chosen hosting provider crashes, or if a third-party plugin update breaks your site six months after handoff, SITECRAFT WP LLC is not liable for any lost sales, revenue, or downtime. We deliver a working product at handoff; long-term server maintenance is your responsibility unless you purchase a separate management retainer.
6. Governing Law
SITECRAFT WP LLC is a registered entity operating out of New Mexico. Because of this, these Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
