1. The Delivery Clock
We pride ourselves on rapid development speeds. However, our guaranteed delivery timeframes do not begin the moment your payment clears. The development clock begins the exact moment you submit your completed intake brief and provide all required assets (logos, branding guidelines, text copy, and imagery). We cannot build your digital asset without your materials.
2. Turnaround Times
Once we receive your complete intake brief, we strictly enforce the following delivery windows for providing your initial functional staging link:
- Basic Tier (1 Page): Delivered within 24 Hours.
- Pro Tier (5 Pages): Delivered within 3 Days.
- Premium Tier (10 Pages): Delivered within 7 Days.
3. Digital Handoff Process
We deliver all projects 100% digitally. We do not ship physical goods. Upon completion of the initial build, we will email you a secure, private link to a live staging environment. You will review the functional website and submit your requests for revisions. Depending on your purchased tier, we execute your guaranteed revision rounds (2, 5, or 8 rounds) until the project matches the agreed specifications.
4. Final Transfer of Ownership
Once you approve the final staging build, we transfer the completed WordPress files, database, and administrator credentials directly to you. At this point, the digital product is considered fully delivered and fulfilled. You assume 100% ownership of the website, code, and assets.
5. Delays and Unresponsive Clients
If you fail to provide the necessary content or feedback required to continue development for more than 14 consecutive days, we reserve the right to pause your project. In extreme cases of abandonment (30+ days of no communication), we will consider the project closed and fulfilled based on the work already completed.
